2. Delivery Fees
To make your shopping experience even better, www.mahassen.com.tn offers free delivery for orders exceeding 150 TND.
For orders below this amount, a delivery fee of 8 TND is applied.
We deliver our orders through the transport company Aramex.
For both Business to Business (B to B) transactions, delivery fees are covered by us.
This flat-rate pricing highlights our commitment to transparency and fairness, ensuring a balanced logistics experience for all our customers.
3. Delivery Methods and Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location, ranging from 24 to 72 hours, but rest assured, we will do our best to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.
Working days include Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays.

4. Order Tracking
Stay informed at every step of the delivery process.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to track your package in real time by logging into your account (user account link).
5. Product Compliance and Claims
Upon receiving your products, you are required to check the condition of the packaging and the compliance of the delivered products.
In case of any issues such as damage, partial product loss (missing items compared to the MAHASSEN invoice), you must file a claim within 48 working hours after receiving the product. If you report a missing product or delayed delivery, an investigation with the carrier will be initiated. If the missing product is discovered before the scheduled delivery date, it may be resent to the delivery address indicated on the order form.

6. Returns and Exchanges
As part of our return and exchange policy, we strive to ensure a satisfying customer experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted provided that the items have not been used, remain in their original packaging, intact and unopened, allowing them to be resold in new condition.
